Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a refund, customers must provide proof of issue (such as images) and contact us at info@rohinis.com or call +91 98400 38662. Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds are not applicable for products opened, used, or purchased on special promotions unless proven defective. We reserve the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
